The multi-talented Dwain Briggs is most widely known for his ethereal, bel canto vocals on Echoes of a Modern God, Michael Hoppe’s Requiem and the Grammy nominated Solace. The unique impact of Dwain’s voice and music in opening the heart and creating a safe space has made him an integral part of transformational events worldwide. He has shared the stage with many best selling authors including Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Gregg Braden, Doreen Virtue, Marianne Williamson, Louise Hay, Dannion Brinkley, Alan Cohen and James Redfield.

His career originated at the age of sixteen as lead vocalist for two regional rock bands appearing with such rock/blues legends as Bill Gibbons and Johnny Winter and west coast artists, Frank Zappa and Joe McDonald. He was represented by Houston’s top talent agency, Gerlach Entertainment and performed not only at college campuses, concerts and corporate events, but also on radio and television commercials.

During this period, he was inspired by the work of European ambient recording artists, Klaus Schultze and Brian Eno. Dwain began to subtly integrate these influences into arrangements of sacred music, breathing new life into inspirational standards such as Drake/Shirl’s One God.

His original compositions carry the universal theme of oneness and renewal, the common thread of all spiritual paths, and create a new octave of spiritual awakening through music.
